Food Processing Plant Refrigeration Retrofit
Complete replacement of an aging ammonia refrigeration system with a modern low-charge central recirculator design. The retrofit reduced energy consumption by 32% while increasing rated cooling capacity to support a 40% production expansion. All work was completed during a planned 10-day shutdown window with zero unplanned downtime.
Corporate Tower HVAC Modernization
Phased replacement of rooftop units and VAV distribution across a 22-storey commercial office tower. Upgraded to variable refrigerant flow with heat recovery, improving tenant comfort consistency and lowering annual heating and cooling costs by 28%. Project included full BMS integration and after-hours installation to minimize tenant disruption.
Brewery Process Piping Installation
Design and installation of stainless steel process piping for a craft brewery expansion, including CIP loops, glycol chilling lines, and sanitary product transfer lines. All welds were performed to ASME BPE standards with full traceability documentation. The system supported a tripling of production capacity.
Cold Storage Warehouse Plumbing & Condenser System
Installation of condenser water piping and plumbing infrastructure for a 120,000 sq ft frozen goods distribution center. Coordinated with the refrigeration contractor to integrate condenser water loops with the central ammonia system. Included backflow prevention, water treatment hookup, and sanitary drainage for the facility.
Medical Office Building HVAC Upgrade
Replacement of legacy air handling units with high-efficiency units featuring energy recovery wheels and MERV-14 filtration for a multi-tenant medical office building. Project maintained full occupancy throughout construction with careful infection control planning and after-hours changeovers.
Pharmaceutical Facility Clean Utility Piping
Installation of purified water and clean steam distribution piping for a pharmaceutical manufacturing suite. All work performed to cGMP standards with orbital welding, passivation, and full documentation packages including material certificates and weld logs.
